During the initial meeting for the quote (Tuesday) Nathan called back from the initial call in less than two hours, was at my home within four, was kind and courteous and spoke to both myself and my husband equally, which is a huge deal. We communicated clearly what we were looking for and he did his utmost to meet it. My husband and I agreed to hire him almost immediately, we just needed a couple more pieces of information. Nathan came out again Wednesday to verify final numbers and communicated throughout the week answering anything else and booking the time. Install did take all day (spacing, installing the furnace and humidifier) showing us how to check everything. Nathan and Michael made sure everything was up and running, walked us through every step, and dealt with me checking in every hour or so (I struggle with severe anxiety so it was a big deal they were so kind). My husband and I are of the same mind, they just got lifetime customers. Thank you for making our emergency a priority."
